Manda Marcel Germain was born on March 30th, 1967 in Yaounde(Cameroon. He was the youngest of 6 children. His parents are Godfroy Eloundou (deceased) and Madeleine Manda. (81 years). Germain was a Mvog Fouda from Kama by Ngomedzap (father side) and Mvog Atangana Mballa Ngomedzap (mother side).
After his nursery, primary and secondary schools in Cameroon, Germain made his university studies in Morocco. He arrived in Washington DC in May 1995.
Germain deceased Sunday, June 8th, 2014 from his sickness.
Germain is survived by his 81 years old mother, his children, much grieving family and such a long list of many friends.
